Our prices are on this page. Almost nobody here does that.

You shouldn’t have to sit through a sales call to find out whether you can afford us. Below is what our packages cost, what they include, and — further down — what they don’t.

What the price does not cover.

Every quote you get from anyone has exclusions. Most of them are buried. Here are ours.

  • Hardware — scanners, printers and cash drawers are bought separately. We help you choose them and we don’t take a commission.
  • Payment gateway fees, where you choose to use one.
  • Your internet connection and any in-store networking.
  • Data entry beyond the initial import. We migrate what you have; we don’t type up a paper archive.
  • Training sessions after the first one, at LKR 7,500 each.

We also decline projects under LKR 60,000. Below that we cost you more in support than we’re worth, and a template plus hosting will serve you better — we’ll point you at one.

How we quote a project.

  1. 01

    We scope first

    We spend time understanding the work before naming a number. A price given on a phone call is a guess, and guesses become arguments later.

  2. 02

    Fixed price, written down

    You get a written scope with a fixed price against it. If the scope changes, the change gets its own reference and its own number — nothing moves quietly.

  3. 03

    Staged payments

    50% to begin, 40% once you have tested and accepted the build, 10% at go-live. You never pay for work you have not seen.

  4. 04

    Ongoing maintenance

    Custom systems are maintained at 15–20% of build cost per year, covering updates, backups, security patches and small changes. It is what stops a system rotting by year three.
